In the last six months of 2023, Melbourne experienced a significant revival in its property market, emerging as one of Australia’s strongest markets.

Transactions in the majority of its suburbs were on the rise, especially in the apartment market. The city recently claimed the top spot as Australia’s largest city, with its population growing due to the inclusion of the district of Melton.
