    Gather in the Brix Bar, situated on the ground level in amongst all the action of seeing the unique rum making process up close and personal.

    Once there, we’ll treat you to delicious food and drinks and fabulous company as we gather together to share stories from the year, and get excited about the year ahead.

    Bring your friends and colleagues (non PIPA members welcome) – the more the merrier as we take time out from our busy schedules to toast your successes.

    Hobart Rents Soaring

    Rents have jumped by as much as 10 per cent across more than 60 per cent of Hobart’s suburbs in three months – the latest quarterly rental figures show. PropTrack data reveals a $50-a-week hike in rents across most of Hobart as va-cancy rates in the state’s capital drop to the equal lowest in the country. There are now just 0.5 per cent of properties available.
