Education and research are two fundamental aspects of successful property investment.
With that in mind, locating providers of education and research should be high on any property investor’s list.
Unfortunately, with a lack of regulation surrounding property investment, many so-called educators or research providers are property spruikers or unscrupulous marketeers, looking to take advantage of unsuspecting consumers.
A PIPA logo is a great sign that you’re dealing with a trusted property service provider. PIPA members subscribe to a strict code of conduct and must meet minimum qualification requirements.
An educator should also be a QPIA. An educator who also subsequently sells property to you is not operating in an unbiased manner and their recommendations cannot be considered to be unbiased investment advice.
