A project marketer/property marketer is any person looking after the marketing of new property developments.
Often a project marketer/property marketer will also be a sales agent and their responsibility is to market a property to prospective buyers.
A project marketer’s role usually includes the development of pricing structures, branding, and marketing/media campaigns.
A project marketer can be a useful contact and a valuable source of information about a new development but remember that the goal of any project marketer is to sell property. Where a project marketer is also a QPIA, they may better understand your personal goals and circumstances, however, they cannot provide unbiased advice to you as a buyer because they work for the seller.
Project marketers/property marketers who are PIPA members do adhere to a strict code of conduct and vow to operate ethically.
