This topic detailed the six-step consultation process, and what needs to be achieved at each step.  It also highlighted the communication skills necessary for effective property investment advisor-client relationships.

As well as achieving this, the topic also focused on how to help clients set S.M.A.R.T goals.  These goals included the words specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bound.
