At this stage of the process, you should outline what will happen next.  You should have the required forms available which the client will need to use should they wish to have a personal Property Investment Report prepared.  All advisors and businesses will have different forms of this report and so will use a different method of data collection, collecting different types of data.

You should furnish your client with one of these forms at the conclusion of consultation two so that, should they be happy to proceed after consultation three, they will have the required documentation.  An explanation of how to use any forms provided should also be given.
