PMC was founded by Will and James back in 2014 after working for a number of years in the industry witnessing so many people being taken advantage of on the buyers side of a real estate transaction.

At PMC, our passion is property, but even more so, to see clients who want to purchase property go into the transaction with open eyes, an understanding of the process and have someone assist them to ensure the best possible outcome that meets their unique goals. Our team is dedicated to perform our role as Buyer’s Agents and Property Investment Advisors with the honesty and integrity that the property industry requires, yet often lacks.

PIPA exists to improve the professional standards of anyone providing property investment advice to consumers. Our voluntary Code of Conduct means that members adhere to a high set of professional standards to help protect consumers. Qualified Property Investment Advisers (QPIAs®) have the highest form of industry-recognised, specialist training and can be trusted to provide tailored and unbiased advice to consumers.

PIPA also regularly produces research, analysis, and publications to help educate our members, media, and consumers about the property investment sector.
