So far, we have considered the goals and objectives of the client, developed the strategy for investment in property and then shown the way that investment in property will facilitate meeting those objectives.  At this stage an actual property may have been recommended or access to specific services provided may be the solution offered.

The client is now introduced to the property or the services or both. The client should be able to make a general judgement about a recommended class of property as well as a specific property or about the service you are offering once you have provided a detailed explanation of what it entails.
