Peter is currently the Program Director of the Master of Property at The University of Adelaide. He has been teaching in real estate and investment for almost 20 years. Peter also personally invests in property and currently holds several properties.
Peter researches property markets around the nation, looking for the best suburbs to invest in each capital city. He has published two books, “The Property Professor’s Top Austalian Suburbs” and more recently “Property vs Shares”. He is also a regular contributor to numerous newspapers, magazines and websites and is sought after by TV and radio for his research and comments on the property market.

Margaret is a Property Investment Author, Television Host, Founding Director of Destiny Financial Solutions (DFS), a company which has assisted Property Investors across Australia through mentor support and education for more than 24 years.
Margaret is the creator, host and producer of the Web TV property investment shows ‘Property Investing Matters’ and ‘Under the Spotlight’. In addition to being one of Australia’s most recognised and respected property experts, Margaret is the best-selling author of 9 property investment books including titles such as “How to Achieve Property Success” and ’20 Must Ask Questions® for Every Property Investor’.
She is a past Telstra NSW Businesswoman of the Year, Westpac Business Owner of the Year and her company was a recipient of the Australian Business Award for Best Value.

Steve is a Director and Co-founder of Right Property Group, a specialist property investment consultancy and Buyers Agency located in Sydney, New South Wales.
Steve is a fully licenced Real Estate Agent with the New South Wales Department of Fair Trading.
Steve has over 10 years of direct and comprehensive property investment experience and is himself an accomplished property investor with a substantial property holding.
Since becoming a Buyer’s Agent, Steve has successfully assessed, inspected and negotiated more than 1000 transactions. With his extensive networks and proven results, Steve is often approached by other industry peers to act on their behalf when locating and negotiating properties to add to their own portfolios.

Nicola is the Director of Bricks & Mortar Media, a public relations and media consultancy that specialises in property and finance.
Nicola has been continually published as an award-winning journalist, professional writer and editor in Australia and New Zealand since 2002.
In 2006, Nicola joined the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), where she rose up the ranks to become Executive Manager Corporate Affairs. A key part of her role was acting as the managing editor of the REIQ’s monthly 56-page industry magazine, as well as detailed property research and analysis.
Nicola brings her familiarity with membership organisations, in-depth understanding of real estate matters as well as her own property investment experience to the PIPA board.

Paul Glossop is the founder and director of Pure Property Investment. With formal training in Architectural technology and education, Paul has built a bespoke buyers agency, focusing on the fundamentals of property investing.

Kylie is a researcher, presenter and marketing expert in the real estate and property industry whose insights help agents understand digital technologies and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Kylie has has a 25-year-career in media, holding senior editor and entrepreneur roles across Fairfax and News, and at 25 was the founder and publisher of hyper-local newspaper The Village Voice. Since joining CoreLogic in 2014, Kylie’s research has set the agenda for lifting professional standards for real estate agents. She is the author of five landmark studies that identify the importance of improving the customer experience for buying and selling and is a regular contributor to property magazines, radio and commententor on Sky Real Estate.

Richard is the Founder and Managing Director of the ASPIRE Properyt Advisor Network. After an extensive career in corporate finance and through his personal investing experience,
Richard together with the ASPIRE team have also developed a complete end to end software platform, which is leading the way to deliver property investment advice in the new property space.

Geoff is a 5th generation estate agent with a family heritage in real estate extending back to 1888. He is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (FREI) and has served as a Director of Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) over a total of 10 years and has held the position of REIV State President on two occasions.
Geoff has held positions as State Manager and CEO of large real estate franchise companies in the past and early in 2017 commenced at CoreLogic Australia as State Director for Victoria/Tasmania, while in late 2018 he was appointed as Head of Real Estate for CoreLogic. Having been a regular media commentator in previous roles he has held over the years, he is also now commentating on the real estate market including in the media for CoreLogic.
Professionals standards and providing the very best solutions and advice to the property industry professionals has been his ongoing ambition for his entire working life. He is committed to ensuring all participants including home owners and property investors are best positioned to ensure they have a prosperous life by purchasing and investing in the biggest asset class in Australia, that being real estate.
