Peter researches property markets around the nation, looking for the best suburbs to invest in each capital city. He has published two books, “The Property Professor’s Top Austalian Suburbs” and more recently “Property vs Shares”.  He is also a regular contributor to numerous newspapers, magazines and websites and is sought after by TV and radio for his research and comments on the property market. 

Margaret is the creator, host and producer of the Web TV property investment shows ‘Property Investing Matters’ and ‘Under the Spotlight’.  In addition to being one of Australia’s most recognised and respected property experts, Margaret is the best-selling author of 9 property investment books including titles such as “How to Achieve Property Success” and ’20 Must Ask Questions® for Every Property Investor’.

She is a past Telstra NSW Businesswoman of the Year, Westpac Business Owner of the Year and her company was a recipient of the Australian Business Award for Best Value.

In 2006, Nicola joined the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), where she rose up the ranks to become Executive Manager Corporate Affairs. A key part of her role was acting as the managing editor of the REIQ’s monthly 56-page industry magazine, as well as detailed property research and analysis.

Nicola brings her familiarity with membership organisations, in-depth understanding of real estate matters as well as her own property investment experience to the PIPA board.

Geoff has held positions as State Manager and CEO of large real estate franchise companies in the past and early in 2017 commenced at CoreLogic Australia as State Director for Victoria/Tasmania, while in late 2018 he was appointed as Head of Real Estate for CoreLogic.  Having been a regular media commentator in previous roles he has held over the years, he is also now commentating on the real estate market including in the media for CoreLogic.

Professionals standards and providing the very best solutions and advice to the property industry professionals has been his ongoing ambition for his entire working life.  He is committed to ensuring all participants including home owners and property investors are best positioned to ensure they have a prosperous life by purchasing and investing in the biggest asset class in Australia, that being real estate.
