Policy Submissions

PIPA is the peak not-for-profit body representing and advocating for Australian property investment professionals and the clients they serve.

We work to strengthen professional standards across the property investment sector and to raise awareness of the critical role a well-functioning investment property market plays in Australia’s broader economy.

PIPA members predominantly support everyday property investors, who collectively provide approximately 85 per cent of Australia’s residential rental accommodation.

We advocate on a wide range of matters affecting property investment professionals and investors nationwide, ensuring the sector’s voice is informed, credible and heard.

Our work includes preparing and lodging submissions to all levels of government on behalf of our members and the wider property investment profession, contributing to policy discussions that shape the future of the sector.
