    The Property Investment Professionals of Australia Board of Directors are pleased to invite all members to the 2025 Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 31st October 2024.

    The AGM will be a virtual meeting held by Zoom.

    As a PIPA member, your participation in the AGM is important and a valuable opportunity for the Board to hear feedback and consider the performance of the association with members.

    Hobart Rents Soaring

    Rents have jumped by as much as 10 per cent across more than 60 per cent of Hobart’s suburbs in three months – the latest quarterly rental figures show. PropTrack data reveals a $50-a-week hike in rents across most of Hobart as va-cancy rates in the state’s capital drop to the equal lowest in the country. There are now just 0.5 per cent of properties available.
