Special Event – The Inaugural PIPA Panel is coming to the W Melbourne!

Sep 2022Karen Millers

The 2022 PIPA Melbourne Breakfast Seminar will feature an expert panel for the first time who will discuss the future of property investment at the beautiful W Melbourne… plus, REIQ CEO Antonia Mercorella is our very special guest panelist who will provide her honest interpretation of the much-derided new Queensland land tax.

Ms Mercorella was at the forefront of lobbying against this absurd cash grab and was also one of the most prominent real estate leaders during the rapidly changing property environment throughout the pandemic. PIPA is so thrilled she has made time in her busy schedule to attend our event in person.

An exclusive deep dive into the 2022 PIPA Annual Investor Sentiment Survey results will also be provided.

The inaugural PIPA Panel on The Future of Property Investment will be moderated by UNSW Business School Academic Lachlan Vidler and will feature:

Antonia Mercorella

Nicola McDougall
PIPA Chair

Ben Kingsley
PICA Chair

Lachlan Vidler
UNSW Business School Academic

The breakfast is on Thursday 6 October at the W Melbourne. A light breakfast will be served, plus additional networking time has been made available after the event.

PIPA members will earn five CPD points from attending. Of course, it will also be an opportunity for everyone to network, so it really is a must-attend event. REBAA members are also invited to attend at PIPA member prices.

Please don’t delay in registering as tickets are limited and you don’t want to miss it!
