PIPA (QPIA) Accreditation

You can become qualified as a QPIA® by completing the PIPA Accreditation program, and then applying to PIPA for this accreditation under the membership of your business, company or your employer.

Once accredited, you may display the accreditation of QPIA®. Note that only current PIPA members and their employees may use the QPIA® post nominal.

The accreditation belongs to the individual and is subject to successfully completing the PIPA Accreditation Program and satisfying the annual CPD requirements of PIPA.

QPIA® annual fees are in addition to other full membership category fees for the nominated entity.

QPIA® individuals have the right to use the QPIA® logo on their personal stationery, in addition to using the relative PIPA logo allowed for their member sponsor.


QPIA® annual registration fee $165.00 including GST is additional to the relative member fee (see membership fees).


PIPA believes that only an industry association award which achieves a minimum of Diploma Level qualification standard is a crucial requirement for all Property Investment Advisers.
